Shipping
All pieces are made to order. Production begins once your order is placed.
Please allow between 4 to 12 weeks for your garment to be crafted and dispatched, depending on the piece. An estimated production timeframe will be indicated on the individual product page prior to purchase.
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with your order.
UK orders are shipped via a next day service. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for delivery. Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
International orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, including Europe, the US and Australia.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
All pieces are made to order. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including sizing or personal preference.
If you believe your item has been received in a faulty condition, you must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. All claims must include clear photographs and a description of the fault. Any claims reported after this time will not be considered.
All claims are subject to review and assessed at our sole discretion. Returns will only be accepted once a claim has been formally approved by Dosa. Items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted.
Approved returns must be received unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the item is the sole responsibility of the customer.
All custom orders are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Each piece is crafted with precision and intention, and given the time it requires.
